  • Cargill Classroom Reservation Policy
    The classroom MUST BE RESERVED in advance. To obtain a key and reserve it, contact the Dean of Engineering office.

    Quickstart
    • Turn on the projector using the remote.
    • Turn on the computer you wish to use; ensure the A/B switch on the corner table is set to the correct position.
      If the Projector does not come on, try pressing Power again on the remote.


    Ending Your Session
    • Turn off the overhead projector by pressing "Off" on the projector remote twice.
    • Raise the projection screen
    • Make sure the A/B switch is set to "A - Tegrity Computer".
    • Leave the room in a neat, orderly condition for the next user
      • Erase the whiteboard
      • Check for personal items left in the room
      • Put all waste in trash containers
    • (Optional) To conserve power, turn off all computers. Pressing the power button is quick and safe.
    • Turn off the lights
    • Close and lock the door


    Using the Instructor's Computer
    The Tegrity computer is located on the table at the front of the room. A lab computer is also available for the instructor to use. Either may be displayed with the ceiling mounted projector. The A/B switchbox near the lab computer controls the output.
